Zeecaff is a London-based duo formed in 2015 by vocalist Zara Knight and multi-instrumentalist Calum Duncan. Their name comes from a play on celestial bodies that light up the night, which fits with the nocturnal themes in some of their work.

Their debut single "Beautiful Night" came out in 2017 and got some attention in indie circles. The song has an atmospheric quality that blends Knight's vocals with layered instrumentation, drawing comparisons to artists like Radiohead and James Blake in some early write-ups.

In 2019, Knight faced a vocal disorder that required therapy and training, but the band continued releasing music. They put out an EP called "The Nocturnal Hours" in 2020 and their first full-length album "Celestial" in 2022.
