Zenit Polar formed in Belo Horizonte, Brazil in 2013 with Augusto Egnater on vocals, Breno Cruz on guitar, Victor Pradella on bass, and Daniel Calheiros on drums. Their early track 'Aonde eu Queria Estar' gained attention for its melodic approach and reflective lyrics. The band released their debut album 'O Amanhã É Hoje' in 2015.
In 2016, Calheiros left the group and was replaced by drummer Anderson Sampaio. The band continued working, releasing 'A Vida É Hoje' in 2018 and 'O Tempo' in 2021. Their later material incorporated more electronic textures and atmospheric arrangements alongside songs like 'Com O Tempo Eu Aprendo'.
