Zepna Digital formed in Monterrey, Mexico in 2000 with Pepe Elizondo on vocals, Luis Fernando Vázquez on guitar, Luis Gamboa on bass, and Roberto 'Bob' Ramírez on drums. Their debut album 'No Hay Vacaciones' came out in 2002.
In 2006, they released 'El Miedoso,' a song that became widely known for its lyrics about fear and inaction. The band's music often dealt with social issues, which sometimes led to censorship attempts from government and religious groups.
Over time, Zepna Digital went through some lineup changes while Elizondo and Vázquez remained constant. They released eight studio albums, working with different sounds across rock, electronic, funk, and metal.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
