Archive material and source history
Zerb formed in the late 1990s with vocalist Eliana Torrini, guitarist Kristofer Helgason, and drummer David Thor Jonsson. Their self-titled debut album came out in 1999, establishing a sound built around Torrini's voice and introspective lyrics.
Their second album, "With You," included the single "Stay With Me," which became their most recognizable song. The band went on hiatus in 2002, then reformed in 2008 with a different drummer, Ragnar Thorhallsson, and released a third album called "Inside Out."
