Zero Nöel formed in the early 2000s around singer-songwriter Olivier Toumieux, guitarist Julien Vacher, and bassist Guillaume Féray. Their sound mixed rock, pop, and electro elements, with atmospheric synths and Toumieux's vocals giving it a particular mood. The song 'Toi Et Moi' became their breakthrough hit.
They released albums like 'Les Yeux Clos' in 2007 and 'Toi Et Moi' in 2009, followed by 'Intemporel' in 2011 and 'Un Autre Monde' in 2014. In 2008, the band faced plagiarism accusations, which they denied. The group has been inactive for several years, though Toumieux has worked on solo material and Vacher has done session work.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
