Zero Venture formed in 2009 with Alden Locke on vocals and guitar, Ethan Carter on lead guitar, Caleb Wright on bass, and Jake Miller on drums. Their debut album 'Shadows of Doubt' came out in 2012, featuring the single 'Point Of View.'
Drummer Jake Miller left the band in 2015, and they brought in a replacement. They've released several albums since then, including 'The Divide' in 2015, 'Echoes of the Void' in 2018, and 'Ascension' in 2021.
Their lyrics sometimes touched on social issues, which drew both criticism and support. The band kept playing and recording through these years without much fuss about their place in rock music.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
