Zero31 formed in 2012 in Fortaleza with Fernandinho Rodrigues, Filipe Escandurras, and Daniel Garcia. Their debut single 'Diga Sim' became a national hit in Brazil, built around pop-rock with some Brazilian rhythms.
Their first album 'Tudo Vai Passar' came out in 2013, followed by 'Além do Amanhã' in 2016 and 'O Mundo É Nosso' in 2020. The band lineup eventually included Junior Fell on bass and Fabrício Lopes on drums.
Some critics called their music too commercial, and their lyrics sometimes drew political or religious interpretations. They kept making music anyway, mostly sticking to their original approach.
