Archive material and source history
Zero8 formed in the early 2000s when childhood friends Alex Campaner and Dinho Ouro Preto started playing together. They brought in bassist Guto Goffi and drummer Eloy Casagrande to complete the lineup. Their debut album came out in 2004, simply called 'Zero8,' and it included songs like 'Linda e Estranha' and 'Uma Vida Que Vale a Pena.'
In 2008, Guto Goffi left the band, and they took a short break before Fernando Toledo joined on bass. They kept recording and touring, putting out albums like 'Anti-Herói' in 2006, 'Brilho do Sol' in 2009, and 'Olhar Humano' in 2013. More recent releases include 'Primeiro Ato' from 2017 and 'Novas Histórias' from 2022.
Their song 'E Aí?' became one of their most recognizable tracks. Other songs in their catalog include 'Acontece,' 'Dias Passados,' and 'Pra te fazer sorrir.' The band's lineup has remained Alex Campaner on vocals, Dinho Ouro Preto on guitar and vocals, Fernando Toledo on bass, and Eloy Casagrande on drums.
