Zetta Bytes formed in Berlin in the early 2000s, a trio of Nico Müller, Tom Weiss, and Felix Wald. They started playing shows locally and put out their first album, 'Digital Divide,' in 2005. That record mixed dance beats with some ambient and experimental touches, which got them some attention beyond the city.
They followed it with albums like 'Binary Symphony' in 2008 and 'Quantum Entanglement' in 2011. One of their better-known tracks is 'Don't Even Try It,' a driving piece that found its way onto dance floors. Other songs in their catalog include 'Get Real,' 'If You Wanna Rock,' and 'When The Rain Falls.'
Over time, their sound incorporated bits of classical and jazz. They kept working as a trio, with Müller, Weiss, and Wald handling the writing and production. Their later album 'Singularity' came out in 2015.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
