Zezé Venâncio was born in 1955 in São Domingos do Prata, Minas Gerais. His father was an accordionist, and that early exposure to sertanejo music shaped his direction. He released his debut album 'Amor sem Medida' in 1982.
His song 'Vou Te Amar a Vida Inteira' became particularly well-known, though it was involved in plagiarism accusations in the late 1980s. Other songs like 'Madrugada Vazia' and 'Bebendo e Chorando' also appear in his catalog.
He has worked with musicians including Jairo Bonfim and Rick Bonadio.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
