Zombie Jaeger Khan came out of London's underground scene in the late 1990s. Their debut album 'Apocalypse Now' arrived in 2001, featuring the track 'Teenage Disaster' that got some attention for its themes of teenage angst and rebellion.
The band put out three more albums after that: 'Terminal Velocity' in 2003, 'Electrocution' in 2006, and 'Requiem' in 2009. Their songs like 'Horny Ghosts' and 'You Shook Me Up' carried a raw, guitar-driven sound that mixed punk energy with some psychedelic touches.
Frontman Jake Khan handled vocals and guitar, with Alex Quinn on guitar, Chris James on bass, and Dave Williams on drums. They were active for about a decade, with their last album coming out in 2009.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
