Zona Blue is a Brazilian band that formed around 2010, with Roberta Campos on lead vocals and songwriting, Pedro Guedes on guitar and vocals, Bernardo Fonseca on bass, and Fábio Almeida on drums. Their first album, Zona Azul, came out in 2010, followed by several others including Oco in 2012, Bipolar in 2014, and Amante in 2016.
Their song 'Abrigo' became particularly well-known, with Campos's vocals carrying its melodic lines. The band's sound mixes indie pop and alternative rock elements, leaning toward atmospheric arrangements.
They released Meridiano in 2018 and Transborda in 2021. The group faced some criticism early on for their unconventional approach, and original bassist Gabriel Guerra left at some point, but they continued recording with the lineup that included Fonseca.
