Zona de Confort was a Spanish indie pop band active in the late 1990s and 2000s. Their lineup included Nacho Peñín on vocals and guitar, Xoán Álvarez on guitar, Iván Sánchez on bass, and Alex Canedo on drums. They released their debut album 'Esencia' in 1997, followed by 'Tiempos Mejores' in 2001.
Their song 'Descalzos En Europa' from that second album became particularly well-known. Other tracks like 'Español Ingles' and 'La Chica de Los Tatuajes' also found an audience. Their final studio album 'Vuelvo A Ti' came out in 2004, and they released a compilation called 'Las Canciones Que Me Hicieron Sentir Bien' in 2006.
The band has since disbanded, but their music continues to be heard, particularly 'Descalzos En Europa,' which remains their most recognizable track.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
