Zone King formed in Santiago, Chile in the early 2000s with brothers Diego and Rodrigo Valdivieso and their friend Andrés Lagos. Their 2005 single "Tu Piel Color Canela" became a major hit across Latin America, a romantic ballad driven by Diego Valdivieso's vocals.
They released albums like "Huellas" in 2006, "Cerca del Cielo" in 2008, and "Tiempo" in 2011. Their sound incorporated pop, rock, and electronic elements while keeping a romantic core. In 2007, they faced a legal dispute over the title "Tu Piel Color Canela," which had been copyrighted by another artist, but reached a settlement to continue using it.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
