Zooey Wonder is an indie-pop band from Los Angeles that started in 2015. Fronted by singer and songwriter Anya Sterling, they put out their first album, 'Bloom,' in 2017. Their song 'I Could Be Yours' came out on the 2019 album 'Ephemeral.'
In 2018, Anya Sterling talked publicly about dealing with mental health issues, which led to a break from touring. The band also canceled a show in 2020 at a venue they said had a history of racial discrimination.
The group includes Anya Sterling on vocals and guitar, Ethan James on guitar and vocals, Maya Bloom on bass, and Liam Hayes on drums. They released a third album, 'Celestial,' in 2021.
