Zorde

Zorde is a Brazilian band from São Paulo, formed around vocalist and guitarist Rodrigo Lima, bassist Eduardo Malachias, and drummer Pedro Garcia. They started playing in local clubs and released their debut album, 'Como Cena de um Filme,' in 2016. The title track from that album became a hit, helping them gain attention across the country.

Their music has included songs like 'Brisa e Mar,' 'Eu e Você,' and 'Tudo Vai Passar.' After their debut, they put out two more albums: 'Paraíso' in 2018 and 'Tempo' in 2020. These records showed them moving into different sounds, touching on jazz, folk, and electronic textures.

In 2019, Zorde dealt with a plagiarism accusation over a song called 'Caminhos,' which led to a public apology. Around that time, they also got involved in community work, focusing on mental health awareness and supporting new artists. Their songs often reflect personal struggles, with Lima's experiences with depression and substance abuse influencing some of their material.

Zorde's catalog includes tracks like 'Eclipse Carnal,' 'Good Vibes,' and 'Horizonte Sem Fim.' They haven't released an album since 2020, but their music continues to find listeners in Brazil, particularly among younger audiences who connect with its emotional themes.
