Zuno was an electronic pop band that formed in 2003. They released two studio albums, the self-titled debut in 2005 and 'Bad Girl' in 2007. Their track 'Bad Girl' became their most recognizable song, though it faced some radio bans for its lyrical content.
Their music blended electronic production with pop structures, creating songs like 'Believe (Kimi Wo Shinjite)' and 'Tarantallegra' that had both melodic appeal and rhythmic drive. The band consisted of vocalist Zayra, keyboardist and producer Nile, and drummer Uno, who together developed their sound over those two albums.
Zuno disbanded in 2010, with the members moving on to other projects. Their catalog includes songs like 'Cry,' 'Everything,' and 'Triangle Love' that capture their particular approach to electronic pop during that mid-2000s period.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
