foi decretada a morte
para você
do pendor da carne,
que é inimizade contra Deus.
De modo que o crente

da mortificação diária do pecado,
para que possamos efetivamente
desfrutar a vida santa de Deus.
A vocação do crente
é a vida eterna
e não a morte espiritual e eterna.
A sua chamada por Cristo
foi para vencer a morte
que havia em sua natureza terrena
para poder viver em novidade de vida.
Então deve viver e crescer,
experimentando graus
cada vez maiores desta vida
a vida eterna que está
em Cristo Jesus.
E isto fará,
por um constante andar
no Espírito Santo de Deus.
