2 Week Notice formed in Los Angeles in 2005 with Ryan Cabrera on vocals and guitar, Billy Martin on guitar, Casey McPherson on bass, and Josh Freese on drums. They released their self-titled debut album the following year, which included the single '2 Week Notice.' That song became their biggest hit, reaching the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Their second album, 'Without You,' came out in 2008. By then, Eddie Fisher had replaced Josh Freese on drums. The band's other songs included '6 O'clock Split,' 'Angel Grrrl,' and 'Riot At Taco Bell.'
After their second album, 2 Week Notice didn't release much more music. They were active for a few years in the mid-2000s, mostly known for that one hit single and a handful of other tracks.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
