A Scottish band that's been building its own aggressive sound since 2005.
If you want to hear what they're about, try 'I Am Damnation' or 'The End Of All We Know'. Both give you that heavy, direct sound they've been refining.
They've been putting out records steadily for over fifteen years, from 'Humanity' in 2008 to 'Fracture' in 2020. Songs like 'I Am Damnation' show their mix of heavy riffs and melodic hooks. They cite Metallica and Killswitch Engage as influences, but their music feels like its own thing.
They formed in Glasgow in 2005 as a quartet with vocalist Scott Kennedy. Original drummer David McPherson left in 2016, replaced by Ali Richardson. The albums kept coming, from 'Empire' in 2010 through 'Era' in 2018.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
