Gasping for air

Beyond my control

I have witnessed the cost, of the curse we dragged below

A mask to disguise the face inside

And silence a restless mind

I'm fighting a war that no one can see

Weighs so heavy I'm shattering

But the pieces are a part of me

Pushing down, this burden we bear

The eyes still reflect

But the exits are never there
