"Dames en heren, mag ik even uw aandacht? Er is hier
een kleuter van
ongeveer
twee jaar die zijn ouders kwijt is. Hij durft van
schrik zijn naam niet te
zeggen, maar het is een vrij lelijk jongetje. Hij
heeft een opgeblazen,
vlekkerig gezichtje en een hangkin.
Ouders kunnen zich melden bij de achteruitgang".
De caissiere:
"Attentie dames en heren. De familie Ten Broeke is op
zoek naar hun
zoontje
Jeroen.
Hij is zesentwintig maanden oud en het is een lief
kind. Ouders staan te
wachten
bij de kassa".
De portier:
"Er heeft zich nog steeds niemand gemeld voor het
lelijke jongetje. Hij
heeft
dus een opgeblazen, vlekkerig gezichtje en een
hangkin... en hij is nogal
preuts".
