Keller Williams started playing music as a teenager in Charlottesville, Virginia, drawing from bluegrass, folk, and rock. He built a reputation in the mid-1990s as a solo performer known for fingerstyle guitar work and his 1997 album "Breathe."
His song "Best Feeling" from 2002 became widely recognized, along with tracks like "Doobie in my Pocket" and "Alligator Alley." He was diagnosed with a vocal disorder in 2009 and underwent therapy to recover his singing voice.
