Haunted House Movie

I understand that relationships change and people move on,

but the direction you're heading in is quite a confusing one.

Now I hang out with Pete and Repeat,

haunting four blocks of Northwest 14th street.

Is there too much caffeine in my bloodstream,

a lack of real spice in my life?

I keep expecting to see people

I know in windows of dim rooms.

All I see is the TV blue glow in windows of dim rooms.

Do I have to keep the whole neighborhood awake,

walking around for walking around's sake?

Scouring streets under waning moon,

walking around to avoid my room.

I can't shake ghosts in the doorways.

I can't shake sounds and smells.

The porch lights aren't on, all my friends are gone...
