Un parfum de misère,les embruns de la mer les jours de mauvais temps.
Chaque année quand vient l'hiver
Le serpent répand son poison
Là où coulait la lumière,
Il s'installerait bien pour de bon.
Mais la colère est éphémère,
Elle passera comme passent les saisons.
Si par malheur, de temps en temps, le froid dure,
Le serpent attaque au hasard.
Et d'autant plus grâve est sa morsure, que les réserves se font rares.
Doucement le venin atteint les yeux, l'homme ne voit plus que son nombril
Et son cœur, même le plus généreux, son cœur devient celui d'un reptile.
