wie man verfährt mit Hexen und Ketzern,
Teufelsanbetern und Gotteslästerern.
Zum Zwecke verfasst, den Teufel zu binden,
um kund zu tun die greulichsten Sünden,
zum Schutze der Frommen,
die rein sind im Glauben.
Das Böse ruht nie, manch Seele zu rauben.
So dient dieses Werk,
dem Inquisitor zu lehren,
sich gegen die Feinde
der Kirche zu wehren.
Das Buch deckt auf, wie man sie erkennen
und dazu bringt, Satans Namen zu nennen.
In ihm steht beschrieben, wie man sie befrage,
durch grausame Folter, mehrere Tage,
ihr Schweigen zu brechen,auf das sie bekennen
das Kreuz sie küssen und danach verbrennen.
Geschrieben mit dem Blut der gemarterten Seelen,
die Seiten sind aus Fleisch, derer, die sie quälen.
In der Haut seiner Opfer ist es gebunden,
